100 jefferson avenue

The last historic building on the block to be purchased and incorporated into the Jefferson Avenue Center's campus is 100 Jefferson Avenue. This circa 1878 Italianate recently underwent a complete restoration, as part of an Ohio Historic Tax Credit project. The building includes more than 3,100 square feet of office space.
